Welcome to SVJ Pilates. My name is Sian and I have been studying Pilates for the last twenty years. I have always had a passion for fitness and well being and from a young age took part in competitive sports.  I love to share my passion for health and fitness with others and see the physical and mental benefits that following a Pilates programme offers.  I offer group Pilates and 1:1 sessions in and around Caerleon, South East Wales.
